RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you change your mind, you may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of the purchase date, provided you have a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Items must be in resalable condition, with all original sealed packaging intact.
- Returns due to change of mind will be refunded as store credit.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- Clearance items and custom products cannot be returned or exchanged.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sale@signaturenail.com.au for authorization before returning any items.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photo evidence of the damage by emailing us at sale@signaturenail.com.au.
- We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
Please allow 1-5 business days for refund or exchange processing after we receive your return.

- Standard Shipping: $9.95 (Estimated 2-6 business days)
- Express Shipping: $19.95 – $39.95 (Estimated 1-3 business days)
- Free Standard Shipping on Australian online orders over $150 (exclusions apply).
- Shipping rates vary based on destination and order size.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes in their country.
- Estimated delivery times are provided by couriers and cannot be guaranteed.
- Orders to remote areas or containing hazardous materials may take up to 14 business days.
- Large, bulky, or dangerous goods may incur additional shipping charges, we will contact you if this applies.
- Free shipping promotions do not apply to instore, phone, or email orders.
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Once shipped, please allow 24 business hours for your tracking number to become active.
- If a product is out of stock, we will contact you to offer a full refund, store credit, or a partial refund with the rest of the order shipped. If no response is received within 7 days, the order will be automatically canceled and refunded.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, a re-delivery fee may apply.
- Orders over $200 require a signature upon delivery and cannot be left unattended. If no one is available, the parcel may be redirected to a local collection point.
- We primarily ship via Australia Post, StarTrack, and Direct Freight.
- Hazardous materials or oversized items may require alternative couriers and additional fees. We will contact you if this applies.
